This depends on the product ordered.  We make every effort to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible, however most items will arrive in 10-15 business days, or less. 

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Additional time is required for:

Orders during busy shipping seasons, such as Nov / Dec / Feb

Deliveries to rural areas or areas far from metropolitan centers

Orders OUTSIDE the U.S.A. and Canada, which can take UP TO 4-6 weeks for delivery

Tracking numbers are updated on your order as soon as they are available. You'll also receive an email notification. If you've entered a cell phone with your order, you can also receive SMS updates from RearTone.com

You can either track your order directly with the carrier (typically USPS) or on our tracking page.

Multiple item orders may be shipped separately, in order to get to you faster.  When this happens, items usually arrive within the few days.  Don't worry, all items are on the way! You will receive tracking for all shipments.

This is usually due to customers accidentally entering the wrong email address.  Typically you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a fulfillment notice with the tracking number, immediately after placing your order.  If you have not received any confirmation, please contact us so we can verify we have your correct email.

Sign up by emailing support and asking to be placed on our list.  We have sales specials and offers weekly (especially on our wallets and our biker rings), which are only available to our subscribers!  We never spam, we never share your email with any 3rd parties, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
